: In search of a high character and appropriate density neighbourhood ( source : source: Identity vs intensive use of land : final report, 22 December 2000 / [by the Focus Group on Identity versus Intensive Use of Land ; submitted to the Ministry of National Development)

Strategy of Emergence, implementing through 2 main component system and giving autonomy (e.g. barcode housing generator and teddy cruz manufactured site)

Density studies , with low rise appropriate density can still be achieve

Punggol as a vechicle for testing out the idea

Online customisation, the timeline of the process of occupying the neighbourhood . (architect intervention and user defined parameters)

Manual tryout and first computer generated tryout, a set of rules are concocted and a simulation of the online customisation is done to test out the rules

According to the previous results generated rules are reviewed and simulated again

A more spatial approach to setting up of the rules

Reviewing all the previous rules , a more predefine grid to control the occupation of the space and the rules here is a combination of the previous attempts
